Community Empowerment & Governance

At UMA, we believe that sustainable change begins at the community level. We strengthen participatory local governance by equipping citizens with knowledge and tools to engage meaningfully in decision-making processes. Through leadership training and civic education, UMA fosters inclusive governance where community voices drive development.
